ABOUT TAKE HOLD PHYSIOTHERAPY

Take Hold Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy service specialising in musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.

Helen has climbed for around 10 years and has previously worked as an instructor and coach. She has always wanted to combine her love of climbing with her physiotherapy career and completed her thesis on the prevalence of injuries in adolescent climbers.

When she's not at Take Hold Physiotherapy, Helen works as a senior therapist in Hands and Plastics, dealing with trauma, chronic conditions, major nerve injuries and neurological conditions affecting the upper limb.

After many years working both for the NHS and in private MSK care, Take Hold Physiotherapy was started by Helen in 2021. Her vision is to provide the highest quality treatment within a warm and friendly environment and to keep you doing the things that you love.
